This is a great pillow.  I personally sleep with one and recommend it to any patient suffering from neck pain or is having problems with their current pillow.  What I really like about the pillow is the “custom fit”.  There are four adult sizes and one child size available.  To be “fit” for one of these pillows, you will be measured with a ruler to determine what size you need.  It just makes sense because we all have different shoulder widths and that is really what determines how we sleep on our sides.
